This is an amazing training resource! I love it!!! It takes you indepth for photoshop, on location photography, lightroom, anything really! They have online videos, magazines, seminars, its pretty great!
One Light Workshop

This is a workshop that has been recommended by a lot of talented photographers, and its really affordable! They also have a DVD package full of goodies, and helpful articles, blogs on lighting, a lot of GOOD stuff! Check it out!
